1. How do I track my order or check the status of it?

Orders can be tracked and the status viewed by clicking on the ‘Order Status’ link in the menu at the top of each page.  If you need additional assistance with your order, please use the ‘Contact’ menu option above.

2. What is the typical processing and shipping time for orders?

    Typically, most items ship within 3-5 business days.  Please be patient with us as we strive to provide a high quality product to every one of our customers.  When your product is shipped you will receive an email indicating so, then you will see when the carrier is delivering your item.
